Qu-16 faders seem to have lost their taper...

Little gain below -10 but significant gain jump when you hit -10. I have re-set the console twice and it has the latest firmware.

Any ideas… we are in rehearsals this week and the band is on the QU-16. The QU-32 with the vocals is same firmware version and it is fine.

Have you tried different channels and or faders?
Does the on screen indicator move correctly?

Does mix output metering change?
