Havn’t yet sucess as well! They wrote something about you need a USB-Stick with more space than 4GB and you should first formatting them with the tool on the Qu-16! Will try it tonight!

Update: Done!
Tried 3 different USB sticks and just one worked! You need to have at minimum 4GB! 2GB doesn’t work! I finally did it with a “sandisk cruzer” usb-drive! But i had to leave the usb-flash in the console while restart it! Then it found the stick and i could format them to “Qu-16” compatible! Then you just have to copy the firmware to the usb-stick in the root folder and update it at the console!
Hopefully the next big step comes soon! Can’t wait for the custom layer and scene filters!

The compatible USB stick has to be inserted before you turn on the desk. Then format
the stick.
Take stick and load the firmware from your computer to the root drive (outside The A&H folder)
Turn off QU-16, insert USB stick, turn on Qu-16 , and you should able to upgrade firmware.
My USB stick is a 16gb Lexar.
