QU-16 touchscreen issue and not connecting to wired network. Service required?

Top right two touchscreen buttons I/O Patch and Utility, aren’t working, and the QU-16 isn’t connecting to our wired network, despite all cabling and network being good.
Am I stuffed? Seems to be no manual way to access Utility menu.

How do we have the unit serviced? We’re in Scotland, UK.

Check to make sure the pins in the network jack are not bent.
By chance was the mixer set up with a static IP address different than the network IP your trying to connect to it with now?
