Qu-24 Lost Top Bank of 8 Inputs

I have a Qu-24 that was working great. Until, when sitting up for a show the top bank of inputs died on me. Mic inputs 17-24. I verified there isn’t some weird setting I screwed up such as dropping the gains to minimum. I used multiple different microphones to check each input channel. I verified I have 48V turned on for all channels. The processor is showing no signal being presented to the inputs… I verified that channels 1-16 function just fine. Anyone have any ideas?

Check that they’ve not been set to DSnake or USB

D Snake patching would be good to check, open up the source menu on any channel, if any channel block is yellow it is set for a D Snake input, you can change the settings in that menu.

What mics are you using?

Do you not see any level on the channel meters?

Let me add and ask…..I’m assuming you are not using a stage box?

Thanks! As soon as it is warm enough to set the system up again I’ll check this.

I tried with both Shure a SM58 microphone and Shure BETA 98H condenser microphone. I thought that perhaps I wasn’t sending 48V to the bank but I am. I also verified that the microphones are routed to L/R.

No stage box.

Nothing on the channel meters that aren’t working. Inputs 1-16 work fine and I see a signal there.

It’s sounding like checking the D Snake patching is going to be about the last thing to try before looking into getting it serviced.
