QU 24 mix not working with ProTools

Hello,

I am working with QU 24, Pro Tools 2023.12 update, and I believe the exact model of my computer is a Dell Inspiron 7700 AIO All-in-One Touchscreen Desktop, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, Windows 11 Home, Version 2009. We are USB Streaming all our channels to ProTools and everything is coming through. We are having issues with input levels coming into ProTools, they are coming in way too low. We know that we have not been able to bring any of our EQ from the QU24 into ProTools. Is there a way to record with our mix from the QU24 into ProTools?

Maybe I’m just misunderstanding you, but according to the block diagram I assume that you can send your recording signals also after the EQ.
