Qu-5 as DAW control surface in Logic Pro 12…

Hello everyone.

I understand that Allen & Heath are still testing the new qu-5/6/7 mixers for compatibility with MacOS Tahoe (it’s taking a long time and OS 26.3 is already out) but I have learned that the audio interface capability (coreAudio) is separate from the MIDI interface (coreMIDI) on the mixer/host computer. I am using the mixer as a control surface in Logic and not the audio interface, will it support using with MIDI via usbc in MacOS Tahoe as it is separate from the audio? Has anyone tried this?

Update - I replaced my aging focusrite with a new MOTU interface that supports MacOS Tahoe so I went for the upgrade. Works without issue and I have no issues using the qu-5 as a control surface in Logic 12 for everything I tried. It also works as an audio interface for Tahoe but I don’t record with it and just use to play back audio from the computer but again, no issues.
