Hello, I’m having a problem recording multitrack music via USB on my Allen & Heath Qu-5 mixer. My hard drive is compatible (Samsung T7, formatted by the Qu-5). My firmware is the latest (1.1.0r3712). However, in the Qu Drive menu, then Multitracks, I have my 16 tracks named, the buffer is set to 0, but the stop and record buttons are grayed out! What should I do? Thank you for your reply.

Is that Samsung T7 an SD card that you have plugged into the back of the console?

Samsung T7 is a SSD. With QU5 you can only use SD-card for multitrack recording. The slot on the rear as @nickevansaudio already pointed.
