Just got a brand new Qu-5 mixer, and despite being able to set up users, I seem to be unable to require a password for login. When I lock the board it does not require a password to unlock, and the QuMixpad app does not require a password for any of the users that I’ve already tried to set passwords for.
I would like for it to require a person to select a user profile and enter a password on startup, when unlocking, and on the app.
Page 37 of the user manual explains how to set up passwords for users:
I have followed the user guide’s instructions for setting a password, but the mixer refuses to prompt for a password when switching users, booting up, locking, unlocking, or logging in from the app.
Cant help as I have same problem - other posts imply that it is possible but I cant find a definitive guide to how to set up an admin password unless (sudden thought) its just one of the “named” users on the listing of all users that can be setup ?
