This may sounds stupid, but I can‘t reset a used FX bank (e.g bank 3) when I used this bank for an insert in a channel. Even if I unassign the bank from the insert, the FX is still blocked and I can‘t access it via the FX3 button. Also the stripe is no longer visible on the designated layer and I can’t add it back. What have missed? I’m sure, it‘s a layer 8 problem 
. So any help is appreciated.
Additionally: Even when I empty the bank (e.g. choosing “empty rack”), the bank remains blocked.

”When you deassign an FX unit from working as an insert, it becomes unassigned. Thus, the FX Send button won’t work - as there’s no FX3 send assigned.
If you navigate to the FX unit you previously had assigned, then press the Front Panel button on-screen [com: switching to the back panel], you can then reassign the FX Bank to Mix>Return and set it to the requested FX Send.”
