QU-Drive stopped working. I’ve attempted a factory reset, and still dead. I emailed/messaged the assigned support service center but get no reply or call. I want to get it serviced, but If I wanted to order the part, is there a catalog I can reference, or a website I can order from?

Do you have a ticket ID reference from when you messaged our support system? I can’t see any new tickets about this issue.

I don’t have a ticket. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to open one. Can you open a ticket, or where do I need to go?
