QU Multitrack recording files not visible on computer (MacBook)

Hi, recorded a live show on my qu24. Want to edit etc on Logic. For some reason when I try to view or copy files from Mac it shows folder as empty yet the files are there on the drive as the desk will play them.

Been se@rching a while can’t find any solutions. Anyone out there had this and know how to solve. It has worked well in the past. Maybe I have to chop into smaller song by song files eg record one track at a time when playing live ? Eg I tried maybe 45 mins last night at a rehearsal, still didn’t work

I seem to remember stories like that a long time ago. IIRC it had something to do with corrupted files and people were able to still import them into VLC player that would do it’s magic to ”repair” them. I don’t remember the details though, sorry….

Thanks I’ll try a reformat of the drive to see if that fixes it.

Hi.
Sometimes its the simple things that get you.
I don’t mean to insult your knowledge or intelligence, so please don’t take it that way.
There are six folders inside the AHQU folder. The multi-tracks are in the folder named USBMTK. Perhaps you are inadvertently looking in the wrong folder.
My apologies if you have already done that.
Also, I wouldn’t advise splitting the recordings up into single songs as you record.
There is less chance of something going wrong if you just let the recording run for a whole set, as you previously have done.
Less work for you as well.

Thanks. I’m familiar with the different folder structures, I’ve reformatted the hard drive now and will test again at next show tonight.
