Qu-Pac Basic User Custom Layer Only Issue

I am having a weird issue that’s got me stumped.

If I set my Basic user to Custom Layer Only the Custom Layer shows only local inputs 1-16 and nothing else.

If I turn off that option it shows the custom layer that I have setup.

Any ideas?

The custom layer on the QuPac or the iPad?

Is the basic user level only accessing a certain scene that has the custom saved in it.

On the iPad is the app set to display the mixers custom layer in the page 1 custom layer?
