Scene control from the remote position would be really useful, rock up at a venue with a number of presets, then leave the mixer by the stage and go through the scenes from the FOH position propping up the bar 
Also the ability to fiddle with the FX settings remotely would be good - extra length on the reverb for some Queen songs…
