QU-You channel show as “Off”

I’m in the process of setting up headphone mixes from my QU32 that each musician can control using Qu-You.

Within the Qu-You application group assignment screen, all the assigned channels show up correctly, but some of the channel strips have a message in the middle of the strip saying “Off” and they cannot be adjusted from Qu-You.

Please advise how to change the Off channels to On!!

Not sure what I did, other than setting up a second iPhone with a second Qu-You configuration, but now all the channels
on my first iPhone Qu-You are active!!

In my setting up of QU You I have not seen that. I was going to guess that those channels
were un-assigned from the mix your were setting them up on QU You.
