I have a QU16 with the latest firmware. I am unable to configure it to work the audio mixer on the Blackmagic ATEM 4M/E 12G.
I have failed to get them to talk to each other through my MAC with Catalina. It work fine with the Behringer X-touch.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Atem responds to Mackie codes, and the qu16 emulates Mackie. Other desks work, either the uq16 does, or does not work with the ATEM, I just don’t want to waste time if they are incompatible.
I have the same issue with SQ6 not controlling the Atem. Is there any definitive answer to Atem compatiblity with A&H mixers? is there any support ticket regarding this or have I got the wrong mixing desk for the job? thanks.
