I have a QU24 and when I open it, the allen&heath logo appears on the display and it stays like that without showing the menu and without responding to any commands.
I restarted it several times but it’s the same.
I tried to enter its menu from the tablet, but the mixer does not appear. it’s like it’s closed.
Maybe try a forced firmware update. You hold a couple buttons down when powering the mixer on and with a USB stick inserted that has the firmware on it.
Two things…you would already need to have a QU formatted USB stick and I have forgotten what buttons you need to hold while powering on the mixer!
OK hold down the USB and the HPF buttons while powering on to force a firmware update.

A făcut procedura de actualizare forțată asa cum mi ai spus, da impresia ca și face actualizarea, adică se plimba ledurile de la pan dar după o ora și jumătate tot în stadiul asta era.
Am formatat stick-ul încă o data în alt Mixer qu-sb și am luat de pe site firmware dar la fel aceiași chestie
That sounds like the problem is deeper than a firmware update kind of fix. It was worth the try.
