Qu5. Using freq gen to calibrate some down line gear. Using 440hz as a reference tone. Easy, my tuners all like that. Turn the freq knob up to 20khz or down to 20hz, then you can no longer get to 440hz. Its 438hz. Power reset , its still off. Please fix this! We should have the ability to manually enter freq here. Add that feature .
This behavior is indeed quite strange, especially since 440 Hz is the default setting.
Please try adjusting the value back to the exact desired value using MixPad.
I can do this, at least, in the app’s Demo mode.
This would be the easiest way to return to this default value in an existing show and save it again.
And you should submit your add request in the Qu Feature Suggestions section, as it will not be considered here and no one can vote on it.

I’ll have to look at my Qu-5 next church service. We’re snowed out today or I’d have looked it up. I don’t recall my signal generator acting like this.
it can be reset to 440 within the app, setup→audio→siggen. (Tap the freq, single finger touch to move to desired freq. !!! this is where I learned that in the QU app, when you are controlling a setting with a single touch, moving your finger to the top of the screen makes it more refined.
