I use the Qu-16 for live radio broadcasts and sometimes record pieces either off air or while on air but prefade. I would like then to be able to play the recording within a few minutes after making the recording but the recorded file does not show up in the playback list. Other than removing the hard drive and using a laptop to move the files from the USBREC directoty to the USBPLAY directory and then plugging the drive back into the Qu-16 is there a way to play what was just recorded?

I think I found the issue. The display says no files found but I needed to tap on “Recordings” to see the list. My bad.

Can you do this with band recordings? Record a song and play back right after recording?

I would think so. The file is available right after you stop recording.
