QUSB not boot

hope you can help me. Yesterday, my QUSB worked as well as always. But today, i am not able to start the mixer.

I tried to reinstall the firmware without luck, the network indicators are died, when i plug the usb in the qu-drive the indicator is off, obviously i cant connect my ipad.
The only light indicator thas on is the power blue.

Send it to a repair station?

Raise a service ticket, I am waiting for your response, if they tell me to send it to service I will do that, but I hope that someone has had the same thing and has found a solution
