Random volume drop

Hi, I did an event with 5 wireless mics.

Suddently the whole mix dropped in volume. At first, I thought it cut out, but I was able to adjust the volume a bit with the master fader.
10 seconds of panic went by, then it returned to normal for the rest of the day. Ive used the Qu16 alot (not this exact one though, recently bought used) and never experienced anything like it.

I dont know if its updated to the latest version.

The mixer is connected to a stagebox, which again is connected to a larger speaker system with Q-SYS in the building so I guess the problem could occur many places.

Have any of you experienced something like this?

Look in the utility menu to check the firmware version.

Did you notice the metering levels drop when the audio levels dropped? Did any other output mixes change in level at the same time, stage monitors, recordings, ect?

Connecting to a large house system that may have lots of points for various level adjustments in different locations makes the trouble shooting tough to say the least
