Just a kind suggestion - It would be really useful to be able to check LUFS at 2 specific points.
- Post fader Short-term Loudness on each input
- could be displayed as a 2nd bar next each peak meter?
- could be displayed as a link within the peak metering?
- Post Fader program loudness on line level outputs
- Could be a dedicated full screen page with all information
- Could include a menu with various loudness standards to choose from
- Could include a customisable variable loudness target
The CQ Range are perfect for entry to moderate level podcasting and live streams and getting a nearly broadcast level mix. It’s got everything my clients need to tie into their various multi cam setups. I’ve deployed and engineered on a range of AH product lines and my clients are always surprised they’ve not heard of AH and delighted as to how well they work for them.
Ignoring some discrepancies i’ve noticed on the input and output levels, i’m finding i’m constantly using workaround to 3rd party hardware and/or software to check these final details. I know it’s designed to be compact, but surely theres a little processing power left in the unit for this?
