Recording: USB vs DANTE

Hi,

I have the SQ5 - great mixer!!

Question:
Do you guys prefer recording a live show with USB-B or Dante?

I just need about 26 Channels to record an have a Dante Card installed, which is also used for connection to the FOH.

Where is the difference between the signals?
USB or Ethernet Cable?

Ich bevorzuge dante, im Normalfall sind netzwerkkarten bei Windows gegenüber USB bevorzugt.

Ich verwende für Verbindungen zum PC mittlerweile ausschließlich dante

I personally prefer Dante over USB. It seems to load my laptop less than USB does.
