Remote shutdown for SQ5

We used many digital mixers with battery-backed RAM memories in the past and there was no shutdown problems by hard power off.
AH has a different storage concept, which requires a shutdown, that no data were damage by switching off.
For fixed installation we need clearly switched on and off sequences for all system components. The power on procedure starts with real mains power on of multi track wave player and wireless mics → mixer → power amp 1 → power amp x, step by step. The power off procedure will happens in reverse line. This part will executed by an external control device. Unfortunately, it is not possible to shut down the SQ5 remotely yet, only manually on the console. When using the system without specialist operators or the SQ5 is mounted in a closed rack, so it would be good to have a remote hardware input or a MIDI command for remote shutdown.

When you’ve finished with the mixer follow the documented procedure to power off but DON’T turn it off with the button at the back. Run your power off sequencer. To power on, just run the power on sequencer and the desk will come to life at the correct time.

It’s a big system with only one mains switch for all: amps, players, wireless mics and mixer. The mixer is built in a closed rack. So nobody can start the local shutdown sequence at the desk, that’s why we need a remote shutdown for such systems.

I would love a remote shutdown capability as well.
I would settle for a shutdown command on SQ MixPad, SQ Control, or SQ4You.

I would need a remote shutdown command before externally switching off the power as well to spec SQ for fixed installations that are only partly staffed by professionals.

I also miss the mentioned function. Would be good if this could be added. That would simplify the workflow.
