A&H, one thing that would be nice if you ever do a next gen GLD would be a visual indicator on the individual strips as to what the compressor is doing. I find it not uncommon for the band to grow dynamically during service from where they were during practice and warmup. At some point I end up surfing through all of the comps in real time to make sure that we are not removing more dynamic range than intended.
While you can see this on the inputs screen of the display section, the comps indicators are tiny. I would love to be able to see them on the strips, maybe a another set of LED’s next to the level indicators?
Just a thought for when you spin the next gen GLD design.
