Right Screen going berserk (Ghost Touches)

The right screen on my Avantis is (again) suffering from ghost touches.

When I originally got the issue, it was so bad that it caused the console to freeze, I had the console inspected and all connections re-seated, however all this did was disable touch on this screen (which funnily enough allowed the console to be usable with F10 and a mouse)

I send the console off to a authorised repairer to have the issue checked. They come back and tell me that all the connectors on the control board just needed a good clean. This fixed the issue … for about 2 days.

I am now back to where I started, so my questions are

1- What would be the next step in terms of diagnostics and repairs?

2- Why would the issue be fixed for 2 days before all of a sudden coming back?

The console has been on maybe 6 hours each day. updated to V2.0 the day I got it back

I agree that reaching out to A&H support is the best next step.

I will add however to double check the area where the console’s case and screen meet. If there is any debris between the screen and the case, it can cause phantom “touches”. I doubt that is the issue, but it is simple enough to check for.
