To route playback signals from your DAW to the buses of your (presumably) SQ, you need to patch them to input channels.
From there you can then send them to the buses, just like any other input signal.

Ok but I don’t want it to go to my the house I want to use it from broadcast mix I am mixing the broadcast on reaper so I want it to directly to a bus instead of a Chanel
I couldn’t have anticipated your specific requirements.
You simply don’t need to route this channel to your PA; instead, route it only to the mix channel intended to process or output your broadcast mix.
But in your situation, you could alternatively patch the USB channel to the EXT IN (external input) of that mix channel (you save the input channel) or patch it even directly to the relevant output(s) via tie lines (you would save a mix channel), provided you don’t need to process the signal further within the console.
As is often the case, there are several ways to do this.
