Scenes and Phantom Power

I’m seriously considering a CQ-20B which looks like it’d be a good match for my needs. A modern QU-SB might be better still, but it doesn’t seem to exist – just yet, at any rate.

One of the things that has me worried is the implication in the manual that preamp state is invariably stored with a scene, and if this involves phantom power state it makes the feature dramatically less useful. After all, I need to physically plug in and unplug XLR cables in order for a change in phantom power state to make the slightest bit of sense – so I’d rather manage it manually.

(Admittedly, it would also be nice if multiply-selected outputs could also be powered on or off together but I can live with that limitation. Perhaps some people rely on scenes to make these kinds of bulk changes?)

In any case, if someone can confirm whether scenes store the phantom power state of input channels I’d appreciate it.

Yes this confirmed, the 48v is saved in scene.
