is it possible to read out and edit (which tool ever) die scene files on my computer ?
i.e. i will edit these (created with Excel)

Frequenz Hz 82,5 (100)Hz 82,5

LF Width LF 0,55 0,55
Frequenz Hz 150Hz 100
Gain dB 3,0 -4,9

and will store it back in a new scene

No. The QU series does not have an official offline editor. Check with the maker of Mixing Station. It’s possible that app does offer editing.
