Selecting an Empty Channel Takes you to Strip Assign

This one is pretty self-explanatory:

When you have an empty channel on the layer and you select that empty channel, it would be nice to have the screen navigate to the Strip Assign Screen so I can pull a channel down from it. Save yourself 3 presses :slight_smile:
