Hi guys.

Would anyone know if a v1.9x generated firmware show file would work (give or take a few differences of course) in a 1.8x firmware console? Would the 1.8x console just ignore any new features from the 1.9x, or would it “spit out the dummy” so to speak, and freak out?

Has anyone done it successfully if it can be done?

I’m probably being thick here!

Hi AJ,

I’m afraid this would not work. You would get an ‘incompatible version’ error message.

The other way round is possible of course (older show files in new firmware versions).
