SoftKey 8 Failiure

Dear support,

I am expiriencing a non functional softkey number 8 on a sq5 console. the button doesn’t react to pressing, regardless of which function it gets assigned to. the led seems to react correctly to the assigned function, for example tap tempo functions or mix assign functions. but if i use the button itself it doesn’t do, what it should.
this error came up suddenly, so the button has worked before. also mix parameter reset or full system reset didn’t solve the problem.

does any forum-user know, what the best and fastest way for warranty-cases is?
and of course I already got rid of the original packaging… :-/
