One Softkey option I would like to see added would be a “home” or “exit” button.
I find the amount of time and effort hitting the tiny “X” on the eq window annoying.
By mapping a button to one of the user soft keys it could be a way to quickly get back to a bank view with no windows open.

I think the number of softkeys is very high, which I think is very good. However, the functions available to choose from could generally be more extensive. There are enough useful ideas.
I would really like the option of being able to switch a window for setting options such as compressor, gate, EQ, etc. from touchscreen A to touchscreen B using a softkey.
What I would really like to have regarding softkeys would be the ability to select the FX devices via softkey.

@Brian is this a “+1” to a specific suggestion of the many mentioned above, or just a general shoutout to extend the possibilities using softkeys?
+1 to the OP’s suggestion of having the GUI close any popups. Even better would be the ability to program it for either the left screen, the right screen, or both screens. I could see times when you don’t want to close popups on both screens.
+1 - definitly A home key is close to essential.
Trying to not state the obvious, but why not just hit the ‘Bank’ button?
