I’m still irritated af, given I’ve been working weekly with iLive and dLive as long as they’ve existed, have done a network reset prior, but never considered it to be needed to effectively ‘unbrick’ a mixrack. It was so strange to turn the thing on and have NONE of the usual startup LED activity (like, normally all the DX/ME expansion ports blink) but to then find out ‘resetting the network’ was needed. It just does not make sense from a troubleshooting standpoint, and I have to think resetting the network does a bit more under the hood.
Thanks for coming back with the remedy. Did A&H say what the actual cause of the issue was? Agreed it doesn’t make much sense without more information.
