Having a problem with either the channel or the mix sub. Not sure which. The pastor’s mic drops out on the live feed but not in the house. The live feed is on mix 9-10 and his mic is on ch13. Pretty sure it’s the live feed. Has anyone gotten this and if so, how did you fix it?
What console do you use?
Check the mix settings for channel 13 to ensure it’s properly routed to mix 9-10 and not muted.

“Drops out” as in the sound is there in the stream one moment, but not the next? Or is the pastor’s mic simply missing in the stream entirely?
If it is dropping in and out of the stream, is there any rhyme or reason you can provide as to when it occurs? Is the stream “mixed” (or even monitored) during the service, or is it “hands off?” What is the audio path you are using to send the pastor’s mic to the stream? What type of processing does it go through? Are the sends pre or post fader, etc, etc, etc.
We need a lot more information before we can start making educated guesses as to what the problem might be.
