I am assuming there is no way to get the sq4you app to be an aux feed, so the musicians can listen from their mobile devices as opposed to using a wireless IEM pack?

Too much latency to be useful.
I sometimes play interval or walk on music over wifi from my phone - the delay can easily be as much as 1/4 a second, though that does not matter much for this.
Ok. I was thinking about that. Don’t other boards do it though?

as Mark explained, it adds to much latency and is not reliable for performances
and this means the wifi part in general
