SQ-5 small treble

My SQ-5 seem to have small treble do you guys know this problem ?

You need to rephrase what you are trying to say.

If you are not getting enough high frequencies out of your console, that is not a larger systemic problem with SQ consoles. I would suspect there is a 85% chance it is a setting in the console and a 14% chance there is a problem with your speakers (hardware failure or DSP setting) and a 1% chance it is a hardware problem with the SQ console itself.

You need to check every step of your audio chain in the SQ console for what might be causing the problem. It is most likely a low pass filter or an EQ setting on a channel, FX, or buss (group, main output, matrix, etc). Don’t forget to check your inserts as well as the loss of frequencies might be caused an a setting on an inserted FX, EQ, etc.

If you’ve checked your processing and it’s affecting the entire console, please contact support - support@allen-heath.com and we’ll get you sorted it out.

In addition to what already written:
To quickly rule out a hardware problem, you could also save the current state as a show to a USB stick and then perform a ‘Reset Mix Settings’.
If the problem disappears after that, your console is ok and you can reload your faulty show and start your troubleshooting.

I found the issue it was the DC-DC board
I replace it and the mixer work just fine.
