We have a SQ-5 at are church and I have been trying to work in a DAW to our online mix. I notice on our unit that the USB tab is missing. We have the latest firmware 1.6. Our pc has the correct asio drivers from A&H. But do to the USB tab missing we can not put the mixer in USB Streaming mode and thus the PC does not recognize the mixer. I have attached the screenshot of the console. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
That view is of the I/O port, nothing to do with USB, it is the card slot on the rear of the desk. The settings for USB come under the tab net, “DIGITAL I/O”.
Also there is no USB tab any longer as whatever is patched appears at both A and B sockets simultaneously, and USB A playback, when playing, takes priority over USB DAW input.
Hey thanks for the reply. Any idea as to why the PC does not recognise the mixer? I have the ASIO drivers installed on my windows PC and the USB plugged from the mixer. But the PC shows that its not connected.
