SQ-6 home screen for shut down

Hello,

Our board has generally lost the ability to pull up the home screen on the double tap of an SEL button. You can see it try to load, but it will not pull up change user or shut down. Any tips? running 1.6.3 r6268

I’ve always double tapped Processing, not Sel.

Yes, since version 1.6, you would need to use the Processing or Routing button for that.
One reason for this was that the newly added SQ-Rack does not have a Sel button.

Ditto here. I have always trained our volunteers to tripple tap the “Processing” button (at most) and, if that didn’t work, ask for help.

Thanks all for the help. I had tried that (processing) before and it wasn’t working. But this round it was fine to shut down.
