The lack of support for subfolders for playback files in SQ-Drive imposes practical limitations to the number of files that can be managed that are well below what fits on modern USB sticks, so the first request here is for subfolder support within SQ Drive.
Additionally, the file display order doesn’t seem to follow any rational order (maybe it’s ordering by file creation date?) and isn’t documented in the manual, so making useful playlist creation within the single flat folder is nearly impossible. So the second request here is for a reasonable sort order in the SQ drive folder. Ideally, this can be selected between the usual forward and reverse alphabetical/date/length, but if there’s no option for selection, then alphabetical would be my preference (since order can be easily dictated by prepending numbers/letters to the file name).
Use case here is tablet mixing on an SQ Rack where I’d like to run the preshow music from a USB stick so I don’t also need an audio link from the tablet to the console, and in addition to the preshow music on the USB stick, I also have test and/or show tracks.
