Hey All! Has anyone been inside an SQ5 a looked at the network rj45 connector? Is it a separate PCB with a connector to the main board or is the RJ45 directly soldered to the board. I have an SQ5 but the port is completely dead. No activity lights on my switch or on the console. moved the cable to another device and the switch lit right up. If it’s a module I can swap out that’s something I’m cool with but if it has to go directly to the board, I’d want to get real shop to look at it. I’m out of warranty.

I don’t know the direct answer to your question, but you will probably have to purchase the spare part (if there is one) directly from A&H.

Contact A&H (or a supplier) regarding the spare part. This may give you a clue whether a daughter board exists and how much it is.

You may also need a technical manual (describing disassembly and reassembly).

Another possibility is a ‘mobile independent repairer’.
