SQ remained locked after Hard Reset

Hi guys,

I need someone’s help as our mixing desk, an SQ6 remains locked in the SQ screen immediately after boot.
Before that, we initialized the “Hard Reset” procedure, as described in the manual.
Firmware version installed: Release V1.4.1

If some of you experience something similar, please let me know.
Or maybe if you know a line support number for Ireland please pm me.
