I have a show saved on my USB stick from the SQ, and when I insert the USB into my Mac and open MixPad, I select the correct USB stick. However, I can only see OLDER show files and not the NEW ones. Both the SQ and MixPad are running the latest firmware.
I’ve already tried reinstalling MixPad.
I even formatted a NEW USB stick directly through the SQ, saved a show file on it, and then inserted it into my Mac, but still, the show file doesn’t appear (the correct folder is selected).
I also tried it on a Windows laptop with both the old and the latest version of SQ MixPad, but I still can’t see the show file there.
I’ve checked it on another SQ5, and the show file is on the USB because I can load the show file on the other SQ (also with the latest firmware).
I’ve heard from colleagues who are having the same problem, but I couldn’t find anything on the forum, so here it is.
