I wonder if it is possible to implement an Screen shut off blockade feature. Its very unconfortable to set it everytime in iPhone settings before using app.
Or maybe its possible, but I dont now how to do it

No, this is a (safety) setting on your iPhone/iPad which can not be overruled by an app.
