I want to buy an SQ5. But before that, I want to ask, as I want to use it primarily for recording, can it work well on Catalina 10.15.7 and Logic Pro 10.6.1? Does anyone have such experience? Thx! 
Yes, it works fine. But it obviuosly also depends on the power of your Mac. But even older machines should work fine. Remember: 32 channels is the maximum over USB. If you want more, you´ll need to aquire a waves or dante option card.
