Just recently bought an SQ5 for live work and we’ve seen a faulty with the 5th fader, when changing layers the 5th fader always goes to max even if set to nothing,
Is there any fix for this? Restart doesn’t fix this either

Sorry to hear your fader is playing up here.
Please carry out a full fader calibration and then try the hard reset again.
If this does not solve the issue it may unfortunately point to a faulty fader (even if it’s just a small part of the track).
