SQ5 MainLR fader problem

My SQ5 have some strange behavior. Its main output always faded down while my master LR is up. When i switch to surface E where the MainLR fader is already routed by default then MainLR fader slowly goes up and i got fibal audio but if i switch back to surface A, the audio again fades down and i have go back to surface E and fade up the MainLR fader.
Kindly hepl me to sort out the proble.

Let me ask you some things:

Its main output always faded down while my master LR is up.
This means: The master LR is standing still, say at 0 dB, but the LR level is still slowly getting quieter?

When i switch to surface E where the MainLR fader is already routed by default then MainLR fader slowly goes up
This means: While the separate master LR on the right is still at 0 dB, the master LR of layer E slowly moves from bottom to top on its own without your intervention and the output level is now getting louder accordingly?

… and i got fibal audio
What do you mean with it?

Hi
Below are the answers to ur questions.

  • 1st question. Yes
  • 2nd question. also Yes
  • I means the output of the mixer
I have attached the video clip. Hope it will give u a clear understanding of the problem

Since I can’t imagine this at all yet, it could be really helpful to be able to see it.

You can check the video clip

Do you have a PC or other devices connected that could send or receive control signals, such as MIDI?

I have 4 dante enabled microphone and 1 playout server connected via dante. No control pc is connected

And nothing is connected to USB, network and SLink?
I’m in the dark. /

No USB and no ethernet no Slink. Only connected to dante network.

Unfortunately, I still have no idea what the problem might be.
I am very curious to know the solution to the puzzle.

Maybe you could try the following:
Save your show (safely - ideally twice independently) and reset your desk.
Does your master behave just as strangely afterwards?
If everything is OK, what happens when you reload your show?
If the problem occurs again, it might be helpful to post the data of your problem show here so that others could try it out.
If it happens to all of them, then it would be a firmware error (is the latest version installed?).
If it happens to none of them, then it would maybe a really strange hardware error.

Hi,
I already update the firmware and factory reset it many times but nothing happen. When i do fader calibration it works fine if i dont change surface and when i switch surfaces it go crazy until reset and fader calibration again

So the problem also occurs directly after a (hard) reset and not only after loading your show?

Yes exactly

Unfortunately, I can’t send you any helpful links in this “high-end” forum.

Thank u very much and highly appreciated
