Hi users! I am writing here because sometimes when I turn on my SQ5, It starts with all the boometers peaking and in red. After that, I turn it off inmediately.
Then, it turn on normally.
Someone knows this issue?
Simple answer is ‘no’ from me.
However, can you provide details of the version of firmware you have loaded and whether the desk is connected to anything at the time of first powering on.
Is this desk new? If so, return it for a replacement. Or register a ticket with A&H for support.
If the desk is not new, how old is it, when did it start doing it, and what was the last change to the configuration before and after the problem occured?
Is the desk still in the warranty period?

A couple of things to look at:
How do you have the channels routed? Do you have a DAW or other device plugged in so it puts a large signal through the system? Maybe the outputs are routed to themselves somehow. If it has always done this then most likely its a hardware issue - it might be fixed with a firmware update - V1.6 is the latest - or it might have to be serviced.
Thanks all of you for your answer. The table is like new, I bought it in 2024 in USA and it has few uses. I dont have nothing plug in, and the software is the latest.
Then I’d say you have something mucked up - do a factory reset and see if it happens again - Do a back up of the scenes and things first.
