Hi, I’m new to the SQ series and am wondering if it’s possible to enter more than 6 characters on track names? I work in tv production and find it annoying to have to abbreviate names. Can’t seem to find any info online so far…

So, I feel bad being the bearer of bad news, especially for a new user, but no, this is not possible.
All aspects of the SQ to do with channel naming are based on a 6 character variable, there is no way to enter, store or display any more than this.
