Trying to transfer a show file created on another SQ5 to my SQ5 via a formatted usb stick. Transfer appears to be going ahead and then I consistently get “failed verify”. Causing me grief !! Any ideas ?
I know the SQs (and QUs, apparently) are finicky about thumb drive brands. The nice one I was using would take forever to mount, until I finally used a SanDisk at the suggestion of my broadcast engineer. It worked beautifully and mounts very quickly compared to the other brand. Just one consideration.
Compare firmware versions first.
