Hello all,
I got an AR2412 and it wouldn’t link up to the SQ6 at all. I returned it, and was sent a replacement. The replacement worked perfectly fine with the supplied ethernet cable and another ethercon cable I purchased. I shut everything down, went to work, and when I came back 6 hours later, the SQ6 and the AR2412 will not link up with either ethernet cable. This is maddening. Full disclosure, my SQ6 was warehouse resealed, but it works in every other way. I can’t figure it out, but I’m getting down to the wire on being able to return it.
Is there a boot order for this stuff? Is there a firmware update for the AR2412? What am I missing here?
